System Engineers: Responsible for overseeing and managing the quality of dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, and complete product sets.
Process Engineers: Tasked with monitoring, optimizing, and improving production processes.
Quality Engineers: Handle quality management, supervision, analysis, and inspection.
Strict Control of Supplier Material Quality
Standardize the process for handling supplier non-conformities to ensure effective resolution of quality issues.
Continuously audit supplier quality management systems, with a focus on verifying and tracking the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities to ensure ongoing quality improvements.
Revise the "Quality Assurance Agreement" to establish clear requirements for suppliers regarding system standards, quality objectives, quality control, non-conformance handling, change management, and traceability, thereby further ensuring supplier quality.
Strict Control of Raw Materials
Upgrade the materials testing laboratory to enhance the testing of raw material properties.
Improve technical specifications, inspection procedures, and record forms for raw material procurement, and strictly enforce compliance with these standards.
Process Enhancement and Optimization
Conduct self-inspections, mutual inspections, and specialized inspections according to drawings, processes, and standards.
Refine design details in drawings to meet customers' technical requirements.
Revise and improve SOPs to guide and standardize operational processes, establishing consistent and reasonable work standards.
Update and enhance inspection control methods and documentation for each process, ensuring effective control of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products' quality.
Organize regular and ad hoc quality and process discipline inspections, publishing quality and process supervision reports.
Implement comprehensive quality management, holding special discussions on significant or recurring quality and process issues to develop corrective and preventive measures, which are then standardized.
Strengthening Employee Training
Provide training videos on operational processes, after-sales service, the 6S lean management system, pre-shift work summaries, the Seven Basic Tools of Quality, and quality and process standards.

In May 2023, the CNAS-certified testing center officially began operations.
In July 2024, the testing center obtained witness laboratory certification from TÜV Rheinland in Germany.
