Product Introduction
The CEEG offshore platform transformer, a dry-type self-cooled (air/water cooled) transformer, can be used for power supply, lighting, isolation, propulsion, and rectification in the power grid. Insulation classes include B, F, and H. Medium-voltage and offshore platform transformer capacity is up to 8000kVA, with voltage levels below 11kV. Additionally, our company provides various specifications of 12-pulse and 24-pulse rectifier transformers. Our strong technical capabilities allow us to design and produce products catering to specific requirements, with product certificates from various classification societies (CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, etc.).

A modular assembly cabinet design for convenient and quick installation.
Utilizes a through-bolt structure to significantly reduce noise.
Coils are dipped multiple times in varnish, and electrical and mechanical connections use special processes to enhance flood resistance, earthquake resistance, and typhoon resistance.
Strong overload capacity.
Low losses, minimal partial discharge, and excellent heat dissipation.
Salt spray, mold, and moisture resistance.
The iron core is made of 0.18-0.3mm thick high-magnetic-conductivity oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, using a 45° full-slant seven-step joint and square tube pull plate structure. NOMEX paper or epoxy resin can be used for insulation to achieve low losses and minimal noise.
A stuffing box for cable entry and exit is provided on the transformer's enclosure. The stuffing box is located on the left or right side. For transformers with capacities of 500kVA and above, the cable entry and exit method is generally bottom entry and bottom exit, with cable holes provided on the transformer base for cable scratch-proof and secure cables.
