Product Features
Uses DuPont™ Nomex® aramid insulation material, characterized by high-temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation, and high stability.

Utilizes vibration model simulation analysis to effectively reduce noise.
Features a unique semi-enclosed structure, offering strong dust resistance, high insulation performance, and strong overload capacity.
The low-voltage coil has a foil-wound structure, with Nomex® material used for interlayer and end insulation. Lead copper bars and wires are welded using special ammonia arc welding equipment. After drying, the coils undergo vacuum pressure impregnation and high-temperature baking to form a solid structure, significantly reducing operational load noise.
The high-voltage coil is designed with a segmented cylindrical layer structure, air duct cooling, end face sealing, and Nomex® paper wrapping on the exterior, providing dust, moisture, and smoke resistance.
The transformer body uses the coil as the main load-bearing component, with a hanging iron core structure. The overlapping parts of the iron core are sealed with special glue to ensure minimal stress on the iron core and lightweight construction.
