Product Features
Low Loss: The transformer cores are made from high-quality, high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, processed using a Swiss fully automated core stacking machine for both longitudinal and transverse cutting. The multi-stage, fully skewed joints are automatically stacked, and the core is secured using integrated compression and PET banding techniques. These measures effectively reduce no-load loss and no-load current in the transformer.
Low Noise: The noise in oil-immersed, self-cooled transformers is primarily due to electromagnetic noise from the core. To reduce noise levels, we employ the following strategies:
Low magnetic flux density design
High-quality, high-permeability silicon steel sheets
Precision core stacking controlled by a Swiss automated stacking machine
Reliable clamping and tensioning techniques
Specialized vibration damping measures
No Oil Leakage: The oil conservator undergoes positive and negative pressure leak tests to ensure no oil leakage during normal operation. The components are installed using a flanged groove structure, with all seals made from high-quality, one-piece molded acrylic rubber to prevent oil seepage.
Strong Short Circuit Resistance: To ensure the transformer can withstand short-circuit currents without incurring thermal or mechanical damage, we incorporate the following measures during design and manufacturing:
Accurate ampere-turn balancing calculations for the transformer coils, using semi-rigid copper wires
Strength and rigidity calculations for core clamping components to meet the safety requirements for maximum short-circuit mechanical forces
Compression of winding blocks made from high-density hardboard
Integrated winding assembly and compression to ensure precise assembly and strong short-circuit resistance
Our Core Seven-Level Temperature Control Technology
We ensure optimal performance and reliability under various conditions through advanced temperature control of insulation materials, liquid flow circuits, overload protection, iron cores, seals, components, and short circuits.
High-Temperature Resistant Hybrid Insulation System
Coil insulation uses high-temperature-resistant insulation paper, while areas with lower temperatures utilize insulation materials with lower temperature coefficients. This results in lower noise, longer lifespans, stronger overload capacity, a higher load factor at high temperatures, and maintenance-free operation.
Safe and Reliable Performance
With a 30-year lifespan, our transformers operate safely at 40°C+ without compromising their lifespan. They can safely handle running at 20% over the rated capacity, providing a robust solution to ensure a reliable power supply during peak load periods.
