The last 2500 KVA transformer in A6 data center of Beijing Tianjin Hebei big data base of China Telecom has been successfully powered on, which marks the successful power transmission of phase I project of 30 units of 2000 KVA transformers, 2 units of 630 kVA transformers and 10 units of 2500 KVA transformers provided by CEEG, and the safe and stable operation of cabinets in the four big data centers in phase I.

The China Telecom Beijing Tianjin Hebei big data base (i.e. China Telecom Beijing Tianjin Hebei big data intelligent computing center) with an investment of 10.2 billion yuan is an important measure for China Telecom Group Co., Ltd. to implement the national strategy of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and ease Beijing's non capital functions. It was opened in Wuqing District, Tianjin city last February. The base covers an area of 246 mu, with a total of 12 data centers, 3 power centers and 1 production command and dispatching center. After completion, it will become one of the world's leading and largest data centers. The base is expected to be completed and put into operation next year, and will provide more than 500000 server storage capacity for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
