In recent years, we've been driving the digital transformation of our core operations, especially around key equipment. Through focused research into big data applications, we've built a full-process digital ecosystem that covers smart manufacturing, intelligent operation and maintenance, and collaborative design.
We've made major investments in intelligent upgrades, including the development of a digital management system, a smart manufacturing execution system (MES), and an intelligent warehouse management platform. These systems allow for real-time monitoring, smart scheduling, and precise optimization across the entire production line—greatly improving both efficiency and product quality.
At the heart of our production, we've introduced advanced international automation equipment, such as fully automatic foil winding machines, integrated robotic systems for core cutting and stacking, and digital casting lines. Together, these upgrades have helped shape a leading smart manufacturing base for transformers.
We've also developed our own Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, which provides strong technical support for intelligent maintenance, remote diagnostics, and predictive services.
