Renewable energy sources, including solar and wind power, are used to produce hydrogen gas through water electrolysis. However, hydrogen production through water electrolysis requires high-power direct current, while alternating current sources need to be converted through transformers. Therefore, the design and manufacture of hydrogen rectifier transformers are crucial.
CEEG customized the ZHSS-12000/35 24-pulse IGBT hydrogen rectifier transformer for this project, catering to the actual usage scenarios and operating conditions from the outset. We upgraded our existing rectifier transformer to achieve enhanced precision and refinement, finally ensuring the product met customer satisfaction and was swiftly put into operation.
Product Characteristics:
Dual-body grid-side synchronous phase-shift voltage regulation structure.
Top-mounted dual-body suspended core structure.
Utilization of basic winding division tapping, simultaneously considering each tapping position's phase shift angle deviation and ratio deviation.
Effective reduction of the copper oil temperature difference between the two low-voltage windings by adjusting the coil oil path structure.
Adjustment of the body structure to ensure that the deviation of the two half-cross impedance is within a reasonable range.
