3. The DuPont Nomex® insulation system can achieve Class C insulation with low-temperature rise, excellent moisture resistance, and flame-retardant properties to ensure reliable and safe operation.

4. Patented technology for three-phase & three-column core suspension, resulting in minimal core stress, low noise, and a leading technological position in the Chinese market.

5. Advanced testing equipment and manufacturing processes include Hedrich pouring tanks, amorphous alloy annealing furnaces with a maximum temperature of 400℃ and a current field of up to 2000A, amorphous alloy shearing lines, and advanced experimental equipment such as resistance test, variable ratio test, induction withstand voltage test, temperature rise test, noise test, lightning impact test, etc.

6. Noise is below China's national standard. Patented technology for iron core suspension, annealing process for amorphous alloy cores, unique semi-enclosed structure, sound-absorbing pads, and acoustic cotton contribute to significant noise reduction.

7. Cost-effective. Initial investment is 5%-10% higher than cast resin transformer, but the investment can be recovered within 2-3 years, leading to annual savings on electricity expenses thereafter.
