Oil Filled Rectifier Transformer for Hydrogen Generation

CEEG Rectifier Transformer for Hydrogen Production is used in green hydrogen production from renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, or hydropower. It converts alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC), enabling the electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen.

Product Feature

1. High-Temperature Resistance

Utilizing DuPont's Nomex® insulation system and our core seven-level temperature control technology, the insulation performance is excellent. Our products use wide-range linear magnetic flux voltage regulation technology and a mixed insulation system with Class C (220°C heat resistance), Class B (130°C heat resistance), and Class A (105°C heat resistance) materials. This effectively addresses the temperature field differences in various oil-immersed hydrogen rectifier transformer structures, ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation system.


2. Less Maintenance

With the core seven-level temperature control technology and carefully selected matching components, our transformers are designed to last 30 years.


3. High Overload Capacity

CEEG's rectifier transformers offer 20% greater load capacity compared to conventional products.


4. Low Noise

Operate at noise levels 3-5 decibels lower than the national standard.


5. No Leakage

All seals are made from one-piece molded acrylic parts. Fluorescence, positive pressure, and negative pressure leak

 tests ensure no leakage during operation.


6. Harmonics Consideration

During design, we fully consider the impact of harmonics generated by rectifier elements on the transformer windings and core. A sufficient margin ensures that the windings and core can withstand the additional temperature rise caused by harmonics.


7. Simplified Structure

The simplified grid structure allows for combined installation with rectifiers and other electrical equipment, eliminating the need for a separate power distribution room design.


8. Authorized Certification

The ZHSS-12000/10/0.66/0.66 24-pulse hydrogen rectifier transformer and the ZHSS-12000/35/0.4/0.4 24-pulse hydrogen rectifier transformer are the first to receive authoritative certification from the National Electrical Products Quality Supervision and Testing Center.
