35kV Series
The winding structure is optimized through dynamic thermal stability simulation analysis, resulting in strong short-circuit resistance.
Capable of operating under long-term overload conditions without air cooling, with a strong overload capacity.
The winding capacitance is carefully distributed to provide strong impact resistance.
The product is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, with no toxic gas emissions.
Scope of Application: Densely populated urban substations, data centers, and industrial facilities with limited space.
Transformer Core
Designed to minimize stray flux losses, the iron is manufactured of grain-oriented and cold-rolled silicon steel plates with high magnetic conductivity. All laminations were lap-jointed at 45 degrees with 7 stepping seams. The surface is covered with special moisture-proof and rust-proof coating, preventing oxidation and corrosion and reducing noise.
High-voltage (HV) Coil
The HV copper coil features a multi-layer segmented cylindrical structure, reinforced with glass fiber and cast with epoxy resin using Hedrich vacuum casting equipment operating at 1-3 bar pressure, resulting in strong mechanical strength. This construction ensures that the partial discharge remains below 5PC.
Low-voltage (LV) Coil
The LV coil is made of copper foil. The low voltage winding is made of high-quality foil conductor and wound on an automatic foil winding machine. The foil winding machine adopts the "foil wire hydraulic energy-saving tension winding device" technology, ±0.5 high-precision detection, and advanced argon arc welding technology, which plays a key role in ensuring the coil winding quality.
Temperature Monitoring Device
All transformers are equipped with overheat protection devices. The device mainly detects and controls the transformer temperature through the PT thermistor embedded in the low-voltage coil, and outputs digital signals through the RS232/485 communication interface. It can provide the following functions:
1. Display the temperature value of the three-phase winding during transformer operation
2. Display the temperature value of the hottest phase winding
3. Overtemperature alarm and trip
4. Sound alarm, light alarm, and fan start
Cooling System
Under normal use conditions In natural air cooling (AN), the transformer can continuously output 100% of the rated capacity. Under normal use conditions In strong wave air cooling (AF), the transformer can increase 50% capacity to cope with emergency overloads or intermittent overload operations. We do not suggest forced air cooling (AF) in long-term continuous overload operation due to the large increase in load loss and impedance resistance.
Transformer Enclosure
CEEG offers a range of enclosure options suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, with varying levels of protection including IP20, IP23, IP32, IP54, and more. Materials vary from iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, among others. Designed as an assembly structure, facilitating easy disassembly at the installation site. The top cover is removable for convenient access and maintenance.
