Recently, CEEG successfully shipped the new HKSSPZ-13000/15 special regulating furnace transformer to France. During the design phase, our R&D team in the Medium and High Voltage Division conducted in-depth studies on the equipment’s complex operational scenarios before developing multiple new technologies to meet customer requirements.
Technical Features of HKSSPZ-13000/15:
1. Through an innovative design combining fine and coarse adjustment windings on the high-voltage side to power the regulating winding, a 63-level step output with a low voltage current up to 16,000A and a low voltage range of 532~100V is achieved through the main transformer constant flux, while series transformer alternating flux.
2. We successfully addressed the winding and assembly challenges by utilizing a dual-core regulating structure, an "8"-shaped low-voltage coil, and specialized winding molds and lifting tools.
3. Simulation analyses of the temperature field and leakage magnetic field, along with prototype testing, we resolved the issues of local overheating during 130% long-term overload operation and the over 40% imbalance in the low-voltage side three-phase current, ensuring everything operates normally.
4. By using a same-phase reverse parallel structure and special corner sealing measures on the low-voltage side, we significantly reduced the eddy current loss caused by high currents on the low-voltage side.
5. The German MR company's ETOS ED intelligent control cabinet, embedded with an automatic voltage regulator and transformer management system, enables remote digital detection, control, and regulation of the transformer. This improves operational efficiency and reduces maintenance costs.
